It collected and sought to publish recipes of cooking and brewing from Roman times up until the 20th century.Eventually it grew to a bit unmanageable in size &#8211; partly due to the fact that the recipes were stored in a flat database or single single files, and eventually unmanaged it became. Later, it got so unmanaged that my source files got archived on a disc somewhere.<\/p><p>Even later I hoped that the the site could be salvaged from the Way back machine or some such project &#8211; and some of it can. By no means much more than a fairly useless fraction.
